The Eurobike 2017

Wow! That was the Eurobike 2017! We took part already the fourth time this year. As one of the most groundbreaking and diverse bike-exhibitions a real duty schedule for my Boo!

We started on Monday with our my Boo bus and an extra transporter to our 915km-tour from Kiel to Friedrichshafen. Both vehicles fully loaded to the roof with our booth, my Boo bamboo bikes and our bike-accessoires: for example our grips made of birch bark or handsewn leather bags. Of course we also had our new models with us, like the "my Todzie Metrea", equiped with Shimano's sporting and stylish Metrea groupset and our (personal) highlight for 2018: the "my Kuro Gates" - our high-end urban bike with belt-drive by Gates.

After we arrived in Friedrichshafen, we had a well-deserved and urgently necessary sleep. On tuesday, we went to the exhibition area for the first time and after a few hours of work our exhibition booth was built and fully equiped.

After we finished our booth we had the time to visit other booths and producers. We are really happy to see that sustainability gets continuously more important to the branch of bike industry!

On Wednesday the Eurobike finally got opened for industry visitors. We met many well-known faces from the industry and the media, had a ton of interesting and inspiring conversations and established a lot new and promising contacts.

On Thursday evening we launched our my Boo exhibition party in cooperation with the Eurobike BloggerBase. We and our guests had Lillebräu beer and the new Maximum BIO Energydrink by Voelkel to end the second day of the Eurobike in a relaxed atmosphere

By the way: Voelkel' Maximum BIO Energy will launch very soon and is sold nearly everywhere where you get Voelkel products. What makes it so special? 3 Cents of every sold bottle are donated to one of our social projects in Ghana! In addition to that every single flavour is delicious, refreshing and not too sweet.

On Saturday, the Eurobike was opened for everyone who's interested in bicycles - the "Festival Day" had started. Over 60000 visitors came on a single day!

Then we finally made it: exhausted but satisfied we clink our glasses on a successful Eurobike 2017!

We made it!

We want to say thank you to all visitors, the BloggerBase-crew and of course to the Eurobike-crew who made it all happen! We will come back for sure!
